Public financing for corporate training.
All Spanish companies hold a Corporate Training Credit: part of the monthly contributions your company pays is destined to employees' training. You can recover the money from those contributions to finance corporate training.
Every company's Corporate Training Credit is calculated annually and it cannot be cumulated, which means you have 12 months to use that credit on corporate training.
Although companies usually know about this, few of them actually use this opportunity to offer corporate training to their employees. Part of the reason is because small and medium companies that usually do not have an important HR department imagine the process is tedious.
